  Booked Platform One for a 70th Birthday function well in advance. The menu was changed a couple of days before the function. I was supposed to be emailed a copy of the new menu but it did not arrive. For the set menu and for only two courses, the cost escalated from $30 to $40 despite the website still indicating $30 the day after the function. I was charged $40 per head. That issue is being negotiated separately. The meals were tiny for the price. The entrée consisted of only one prawn and a very small portion of calamari. The main course that I received was one small slice of turkey and a similar tiny piece of ham. All prepared to look like a piece of art-work, but nowhere near a decent sized meal. For the new asking price of $40 per person, I thought it was very mean. The drink prices were also excessive too. We had several children in our party and soft drinks were being charged by the glass; Pepsi, lemonade and mineral water, $3.60 per glass. Total cost for a party of 16? $966.10 Much too high.

  This Subway must have had a change in management but the hygiene and service is simply third world. Went here for a quick lunch and found a disgusting bug in my sub. Asked the manager for a refund and was met with a "sorry we can only exchange". The manager even had the tenacity to say that if I wasn't feeling like an exchange I could come back and he'd give me a free sub another time. The hygiene here is revolting. Don't come here unless you like eating vermin with your sandwiches.

  Food is great. Price is excellent for portion size. Just dont expect ur drink, entre and main to come out seperate. All comes at one time. So annoying. Haha
